1st b-day party suggestions

My SIL's little girl is having her 1st b-day party this weekend and my SIL can't think of any cute favor ideas. Please help! She is having a cutesy pink owl themed party (Guess woo's turning one!). TIA.

I debating on what to do myself. But I've been to three 1st bday parties this year so far and the only cute favors I'd want to copy were Cherrios in a baby food jar that was decorated with a cute bow and a "thank you" sticker on top!

Although it would require saving baby food jars for awhile depending on how many people she had!

can i ask if the favors are for everyone or just the kids?

i've never noticed favors for 1yo bday parties before TB but i'm guessing that's cuz i've never had a kid till now so didn't get a favor? or is it a regional thing?

I'm getting mini-board books for the kids.  I found these at Target (at the front of the store) for $1 each.  I'm also giving them a coloring book and set of crayons (also from the target $1 section).  We have a range of ages coming to the party.

For the adults, I'll have homemade/decorated butterfly and flower cookies wrapped nicely and tucked away into favor bags matching in design with the happy birthday banner and cupcake toppers.

What if you did oreo truffles?? You could dip them in white chocolate & drizzle with pink chocolate. :-)

You could package them in twos in cellophane bags and tie with a cute little ribbon.

I love OREO truffles!!
