I didn't know how long ago you posted that question, but the lady who is doing my bedding is:

She'll do any fabric and and combination you want. She has examples of her work online, but everything is customizable.  I guess you'd have to call her in order to get with her about your preferences. I met her at Canton this weekend during First Monday Trade Days.  It cost me 300 ish, and i got everything but the bumpers. Since i live in the area, i plan on just going by and picking it up. I ordered in on Saturday and have a pick up day of November 5th.  She's also monogramming it as soon as we have a name picked out. HTH!
