The LO has some crib shoes but she's almost always barefoot. It's been summer and the shoes would always come off at daycare so I just gave up on them.
Now she's standing up and starting to take a few steps so I think I might need to start putting shoes on her for daycare.
What's a good shoe for a nine month who is close to taking her first steps?
Re: Shoes for 9 Month Old?
This is funny because we went to the Stride Rite outlet yesterday to buy shoes. As of yesterday, DS wasn't walking (today, he decided to take several first steps!). The sales person talked us out of buying a pair of shoes. He said we should wait until he is walking (really walking) and that he has a need for shoes such as walking outside.
Of course, when DS took several solo steps today I had to laugh. I told my DH that sales guy lost a sale. (But I'm ok with it because the soft sole selection wasn't so hot either).
