The "diaper service" cloth diapers are true prefolds.
"Flatfold" cloth diapers are flats, so you fold them differently from prefolds. Flats are generally considered to be "harder" than prefolds.
The "gauze weave" diapers have an extra soaker pad in the center, rather than having the center part made by folding the fabric lots of times (as with the "diaper service" diapers).
Being Gerber, they all suck, but if you really want to use them, stay away from the "gauze weave" ones. The soaker pad is made of polyester, which doesn't absorb!

They are all crap. They are even crappy burp cloths. www.greenmountaindiapers.com has the best prefolds, but I have also heard good things about the cotton babies ones.

Re: Whats the difference in these cd's?
Diaper Service ones will probably be the best quality out of the ones you listed, but I haven't heard very good reviews of any of the Gerber PFs.
GMD PFs are generally said to be the best, but they are a bit more expensive.

I don't know which ones it is, but one of those has batting inside of it, which is completely non-absorbent. I would steer clear.
I like Birdseye flatfolds. They make great burp cloths, are huge so they cover a big area, and you can use them as a regular CD in a pinch.
