hemorroids TMI

Ok has anyone had any experience with hemorroids(is that even spelled right?). I think I may have one. When I go # 2 it's almost like right after I had LO. Not horribly painful but enough to where I figure it's probably a hemorroid. I've been dieting so I know I haven't been getting enough fiber so maybe I just need a stool softener. Any thoughts?

    eat lots of fruits and veggies. stool softeners could help I suppose. I know getting them removed is WAYYYY painful

    Also the powder fiber that you mix with liquid helps to add to your fiber. there are suppositories as well... not sure if yo can get them w/o a Dr. scrip, though. Don't push when pooing, tucks pads....yeah... ummm you can also google it there is one site that list a bunch of ideas on it as well.

    It could also be a fissure, which is just a very small tear.  Do what all the others have suggested.  Hopefully it's just a fissure and will heal on its own in time!

    Epsons salts for a sitz bath helps as well and witch hazel. A lot of you would would have been told after giving birth if you did it vaginally.
