Anybody buy from Minibargainz?

I ordered something from them almost a month ago. My card was charged. I emailed today to figure it all out and they said they have no record of my order. I asked them to please refund my money then. Hopefully they will, even though they don't do "returns"  and it will just end there.I don't even want the freakin' product anymore!

Anybody have experience (good or bad) with them? They have such cute things sometimes and I don't want to write them off completely!
