bf weaning Q

I bf'ed for the last time a week ago on Fri 8/27. I hand expressed a bit in the shower on that Sat. and Sunday. On Monday 8/30 I pumped for about 5 mins- 1.5 oz. I haven't pumped or hand expressed since then. Tonight I feel as though I am filling up. Should I hand express, pump? Shouldn't I be dried up by now?

*tmi* I could still squeeze my nips and get a few drops of milk, like a year after weaning my first DD.....

I don't think I'd pump / express unless you're really uncomfortable....

I cut back very slowly..... and did not have to pump at all. i stopped last week and completely dried up... I would say only hand express if you are in pain.
