    We got this one and have loved it.  Great reviews on amazon and it worked at 10 weeks 5 days for me.

    Just make sure to look for baby very very very low, like where the top of your panties are.

    I got Sonoline B 2Mhz.  It was around 30 dollars.  I have been able to find the heartbeat whenever I want for over a week.  I have only had it since 11w6d.
