Bottle weaning before naps

My daughter was weaned from the pacifier early on, but then started falling asleep during her bottles.    She is 8 months now and I have gone back to work. Her grandparents are now watching her.  She has not been taking her naps too well for them.  It would be easier if she could be put down without her bottle. Does anyone have any tips for me.... I have a nice long weekend and would love to start helping her through this before she goes back to them next week.   I would like to start something they could continue.

I just did a nap boot camp with Richard a few months ago.  He was still napping in his bounce chair!  I just put him in the crib and did a sort-of CIO.  I came in and checked on him every couple of minutes, but I definitely let him know that it is nap time not play time!

Best thing I ever did.  Now he naps in his crib without a fuss at exactly 1pm every day!
