Talk to me about vomit

Jackson just barfed all over his crib.  I am home alone and wasn't sure what to do first, it smelled so bad I was gagging (and puke doesn't usually bother me).

I bathed him, dressed him, put him on the floor, gathered up the bedding, pj's and stuffed animal and threw it all in the washing machine, chunks and everything on sanitary because he was screaming and crying, and the smell was so rancid I just had to do something, quickly.

That was probably a bad move... am I gonna have to clean out my washing my machine now?

It should be fine.  H was sick a few weeks back and we put a ton of puke stuff in our washing machine.

It will be fine!  But, if it was me, I would run the load twice and do a quick rinse cycle after (sorry water waster haters).  But that is probably just my OCD

meh. I think it will be fine. Maybe do a sniff test when it's done washing or soemthing.
