Everyone says it, and I'm witnessing it today with my own boys.  My 3 year old didn't nap today and has been a bear all afternoon.  Typical for me when he doesn't get enough sleep.  My 2 year old that takes 3 hour naps at home just started school, and had only a 30 minute nap today at school.  And he's completely fine!  Totally acting normal, not cranky at all.  Weird.

Anyway, I know everyone knows every kid is different, but it's still amazing to me!

Couldn't agree more.  P needs his nap, R just goes with the flow if it doesn't happen.

Sooooooo true--especially when other people expect my kids to be exactly the same being identical twins and all. I do wish Aiden would revert to his easy sleeping ways.
