I don't know why people feel the need to picky matchy names for their twins. They're siblings, not a singular person.

I picture twin strippers or playmates. Probably a huge cash draw. Never been a fan of either of these names.

I like Layla, but not Lola.  But as twins or even just siblings, it's too matchy.  I hate matchy twin/sibling names.

I like both names separately, but definitely not together.  Especially in a twin set.

As a twin myself, I would advise moms of twins not to pick matching names.  A twin's essential struggle will be forming an independent identity, which is harder when the twins are seen as a unit. Also, don't dress them the same after age 3.
