When to pump?

My LO eats about every 2 hours, so I'm trying to figure out the best time to pump given that by the time he finishes eating, I only have about an hour and a half to play with him, put him to sleep, and try to pump...and then have enough milk in my breasts for him to eat again! I only want to pump 1x per day to get a bottle for MH to feed him.

I would pump in the morning.  That is when supply is highest.

I pump in the AM immediately after feeding DD since supply is highest then and can get 3-5 oz. I just let her play while I pump.

LO just feeds off one side so i pump the other almost everytime but esp in the AM and dawn
