Which winter cover would you prefer

We do park play dates then just walking in and out of indoor play dates, food shopping, walks around the block things like that. With what we do which cover would you prefer. I think im most worried about park play dates and rainy days then anything else.

of the two, I'd say #2.  I don't like how the first one opens or the flap.  the second one does not specifically say water resistant though.

We had one like this for dd and I did not like the flap over her face thing.  So im trying to avoid that flap. 

I guess I could go with number 2 (we have a blanket by that company and its warm) and just use a blankt over the handle if its windy out when we are at the park.  With dd I just stayed home when it was windy but with dd we need to go to the park at least once a week if its not raining or she will go nuts.  We try to go a few days a week just to get her out of the house.  Maybe we will just plan more indoor play dates at the jumper house place and things like that.
