I finally found my calorie intake range for proper weight loss! Woot.
I combine that with (finally) not obsessing over points or stupid expensive bars with at the end of the day I'm gorging on food because I'm starving.
I'm finally exercising within a range where I'm pushing my body, but not overdoing it...
I'm finally happy.
I'm .5lbs away from my new 10lb. weight loss goal. (I'm making small goals for myself, because although I want to get back to my prepreg weight (15lbs. away), I was a little heavier than what I want to be...I was not thin by any stretch, but my BMI was very close at the time to obese. My total goal is 45lbs at this point.
