Here's how my morning started...

We went camping this weekend and yesterday I started getting sick. Woke up this morning, still feeling like death, and stumbled out the door to go to work.

 BF decided to drive since I was nice and hopped up on cold meds, and we got pulled over on the highway. Why? I'd just spilled coffee down my sweater, took my seatbelt off to clean it up and about 10 seconds after I did that, the cop pulled us over. Boom $115 fine.

However.. I get to work and look at the ticket - he wrote me a speeding ticket! He has screwed up the ticket so obviously (wrong section of the traffic safety act is stated, and there is no speed that I was traveling at) so it's going to end up getting thrown out. I have to spend a day down at the court house, but whatever.

    Sounds like a sucky way to start the week. I hope you feel better soon and I'm glad the cop was so hungover from the weekend that he was incapable of writing a ticket! Of course, it sucks that you'll have to go to court to get it thrown out.

    I'm sorry you're sick, Carrie I hope you feel better soon. That blows about the ticket and having to go to court, but at least it will be tossed out after that mess. Hope your sucky day turns around.
