Was Tab having another beta today?

If yes, praying it had a huge rise!!

GL, PPV's and prayers and sticky dust :)

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

Re: Was Tab having another beta today?

  • Hmmm... I'm not sure if I read on her blog or in another post, but I think she's done with betas because they were satisfied with the doubling/tripling. I do think you're right in that she has something going on today, though. Perhaps she has an ultrasound?...

Nevermind. I just found a previous post on PAIF where her ticker says that her 14dp5dt was 314, and that is why they decided to stop with betas (because it had tripled from the last one), but her ultrasound isn't until 9/1.

  • Crazy, thanks for asking. :) I keep on testing out my trigger. Other than that, I feel fine. I decided to be brave and go out for a walk in my neighborhood last night. I'm anxious to do something physical, but I don't want to push myself too hard and hurt my chances. I just feel like it's better if I am active, and I'm going stir crazy not being able to keep up my regular routine, so I compromised with a walk. I might try a nice bicycle ride around the neighborhood next week, or I might just wait for fear of screwing things up.

How about you? Are you planning on POASing? Your beta is right around the corner...

Why's that? I figure it isn't high impact, and if I do a leisurely ride that doesn't get my heart rate up too high, it'll be okay. Do you think it's too "twisty" of an exercise?

This morning I had the faintest of faint lines, so I think that the trigger is almost out. Probably by tonight if not tomorrow.

  • i guess i'm more worried of the pressure on the vaj region and going over bumps - both of which are totally irrational :)

how many days past trigger are you?

  • Today is 10 days past trigger. My trigger is usually gone sooner, but I am using different HPTs this time, so that could be the difference too if the ones I'm using now are more sensitive or something.
