Pic in siggy question

Ok so I had a pic in my siggy and when I was messing around with the pregnancy tracker tickers I accidentally deleted it.  I can't remember how to put it back, except for that you need to make the URL smaller.  I looked all over to find posts that mention it but I can't find them.  Thanks!

I did my pic thru. Tinypic.com. I can't remember exactly how to do it, but try that site. Good luck.
