Has anyone used care.com?

Curious if anyone out there has used care.com to find childcare.  Any feedback?  I guess anywhere you look you may find good ones and bad ones...

    I have not, because they all want at least $20 an hour, and that is too much IMO for a babysitter. But you might find something better in your area.

     I'm a full-time nanny from NC and i'm registered on Care.com, Sittercity.com, and believe it or not, Craigslist. You'll find crazy people, and wonderful sitters/nannies on all three sites. Good luck!

    The good thing about Care.com is they have a built in background check for parents to utilize.

    I used Care.com for both of my nannies.  I loved it, it is worth the fee they charge.  You just have to keep in mind that no matter where you look there will always be a few out of the norm.

     It is a great place to start, they do the basic background check and verification. I would suggest doing your own background as well it will be more in depth.
