I really like Lucy! Would you go with Lucille as her full name and nn Lucy? Eventhough I don't LOVE the name Lucille, I'm not really a fan of naming someone a nickname. DH & I like the name Charlie, but we would name him Charles and just always call him Charlie if we have a son.
I don't love Wynne, but I don't hate it either. And personally, I think pretty much anything goes for mn's, so if you love it use it!
I love it. I also agree with pp about not naming her a nickname, but calling her the nickname. If I didn't have a cat growing up named Lucille, I would definately name my baby Lucille. I love the name and I love the nickname. Oh, and I like Wynne, too.

If we go with a "full" name it will probably be Lucia (Lu-see-a) and calling her Lucy.
PP-Wynne isn't a family name-just something DH and I came across
1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.
I was thinking about Wynne as a middle name too! My dad passed last year and I'd like to keep the tradition of naming after a family member who has passed (first letter). His name started with "W" and there are very few choices.

Wow, I learned something new - I had no idea Wynne was a name. Crazy. Well, it's not my style, but I love W names. Wren came to mind. Gwen, which also shares roots with Wynne. Honestly though, I like more adventurous middle names, so if you guys don't find anything you love more, go for it.
