I would do both, but that might not be in the budget for everyone. If it is one or the other, I could really care less.  Both would be cute and fun.

Would it be possible to match twins with twins, triplets with triples, singletons with singletons, etc...so each baby can get something and someone isn't stuck buying 2 or 3 who is only receiving 1?  Just a thought?

This is a great idea.  I am not sure if you can do that on Elfster.  Does anyone know?  Should we do the old fashioned name in a hat?

I don't know how to do elfster, but I would certainly be willing to match everyone manually.  That sounds funny...is manually the right word to use there haha??

This sounds like fun... But we don't want any baby stuff in our apartment. Stupid superstitions! I'd be happy to buy baby stuff for someone else if they buy me adult socks. Or I could just sit this one out... Sorry to be difficult!
