LUFs anyone?

I just had my P+4 US today and sure enough, I have myself 2 LUFs on my right side. This is the 3rd time this year that I have had them and they usually take 2-3 months to resolve.

Has anyone else had these? Any ways to prevent? My RE took me off HCG durning PP phase and put me on PIO injections P+4,7,10.
