Yes, the AAP recommends NO TV until after 2 years of age, and yes, using the TV as a baby-sitter is a huge no-no, but I will tell you this - when DD was fussy and I was trying to sterilize bottles and pump parts and unpack and repack daycare bags after work, I don't think it is CPS-worthy to let your infant or toddler watch 20 minutes of a video.

I agree though! If only it were so easy to "become" a genius. Just watch some TV. Crazies.

Yeah there was no question. I am just shocked that people actually would sue a company because a tv show didn't turn there child into a genius.
