I decided to try it today, there was a first trimester exercise that 25 minutes long. first time i have exercise the whole pregnancy. I found out that its a bit harder to get into positions, i use to be able to do stuff a lot quicker, now I guess cause of all the extra bloat/weight it's taking me longer to get there. i felt better afterwards. yea!
