In Home Daycares or SAHM in S.Flower Mound or Addison

I'm looking for f/t care from an individual for my 16 m.o. in South Flower Mound/Grapevine (live) or in Addison (where I work).  I also will be adding to the family in the Spring 2011 and ideally, I would like to this person to take care of our new addition.  My toddler was in daycare the 1st yr of her life and was ill all the time.  She remains healthier in a low child ratio.
