dr appt today & it's his birthday

in 1st Trimester
I LOVE my ob, he is such an amazing, funny man and he delivered my first son as well as helped me through my whole first pregnancy. Today I have an ultrasound and found out it's his birthday. Do you think I should bring him something?

    It sounds like you are close with him so I don't see why he wouldnt appreciate a nice gesture.  Just don't make it a big gift. . .maybe bring him a cupcake or something.
