AF after IVF

Is it typical for AF to be really heavy after IVF?   I can't remember the last time my AF was this heavy.  I find it surprising especially since I am still using crinone until my confirmed negative beta tomorrow.  (Seems crazy that I have to do this but I am following the orders they gave me)  I would think with using crinone, it would make it lighter (well at first I thought crinone would keep AF away until I stopped taking it after a negative beta).  Has anyone experienced this?

    My periods after IVF are the worst ones I have ever had in my whole life.  Messy and heavy!

    But again, I had a lot of lining to shed.  My period starts about 4-5 days after I stop PIO.

    Agree with the pp, I think it is totally normal.  Mine were so heavy it was if I had slaughtered some animal.  Ugh!
