Indegestion is killing me!!! HELP!!!

I am about to cry and give up...I have constipation, indegestion, and nausea ALL THE TIME right now. I've been popping tums but I don't want to take too many. What can I eat/drink/take to help. All I want to do is try and sleep through it...which is hard when I'm stuck at work all day. HELP!!!

My dr lets me take Pepcid, Zantac, Prilosec, etc... I take one Zantac in the morning when I get up and one before I go to bed.  Call your dr and see what he/she recommends.

I am with you girl. Constipation, nausea, and heartburn.  I am taking colace (3) at night and it helps a little tiny bit...if you know what I mean.  I finally went on Zofran which makes the constipation worse.  I just started zantac for the heartburn.  It works better than tums.  Don't take them together...space them out (2 hours) or they cause each other to not work as well.

I'm sure you've heard this -- eat smaller meals, don't lie down right after eating... blah blah blah.  I get really bad heartburn - a glass of really cold milk helps.
