Hey everyone!
Today has been a pretty awkward day. I slept on my stomach last night on accident..Before going to sleep I had my first round of what I think was round ligament pain. It was a sharp pain right where the baby is suppose to be. It only lasted for about 15 seconds so I didnt think much of it after finding out it was probley liagament pain. After I went to bed I somehow ended up on my stomach which is what i always do when im in any type of stomach pain ( I guess i should mention that this made that spot a lil uneasy) so now on to today..I woke up in kinda half crampish pain right below my belly button. it doesnt really hurt but its very awkward and nothing seems to make it ease up. Is this normal????
Re: Sharp pains where baby is. normal?
I could have written a similar post...nothing like this is is on my preterm labor symptoms list from the doctor. I had a couple, they last less than 30 seconds but are sort of sharp and tingly at the same time. At my last checkup, she said there would be a lot of pains in the pelvic area esp. around the side as the uterus grows this month.
One thing to try for sleeping is the Snoggle pillow by Leacho--I'm running out to get one today so I don't have to constantly re-adjust 4 different pillows.
