The good, the bad & the frozen

So today on day 9 of stims I only had 4 good follicles. My E2 came up to 400 something, so after talking w my RE , he thinks we can do better so we are converting this cycle to a FET. I have 5 frosties left from IVF 1 which he suggested saving for a sibling, but we now figure let's go for it with them & go from there. I am surprisingly dealing ok with this. I really think seeing my therapist is helping a ton with dealing with all this crap!

How do you convert a cycle to FET?  I have seen IVF cycles converted to IUI, but not FET.  Will those 4 follicles ovulate?  Do you have to abstain?

We Are MFI so there is no worries there. They just continue me on my meds trigger me, then thaw the frosties & transfer.
