night sweats?

Its me again. Stick out tongue Okay so the hunger thing aside (i ate a peanut butter sandwich before i went to bed and it did help thank you guys for all the good ideas) But now im noticing when im up to potty that my t-shirt is borderline damp. Not completely wet but you can tell i have been sweating.  Here comes the question, i know im not supposed to let my body temp get too high but while im asleep my body is still gonna take care of itself right? That would be why im sweating to stay cool...  I dont have heavy covers on..... so sorry if this sounds silly to ya'll but just curious what you guys think.

Thanks!

Re: night sweats?

  • I hear ya!! I've had some serious sweats since getting pregnant. I've also had some pretty freaky dreams too! Sweating is a natural reaction to "protecting" your body temperature so I'm "thinking" it's fine. I keep tons of those ribbed boring white tank tops (I refuse to call by them by you know "what") so that it's an easy switch!

  • thats what i was thinking too,  ill ask doc at next appt in 2 weeks. thanks for your response!
  • I've started getting hot @ night and also waking up a bit sweaty...I always have to have covers on in order to sleep though. Maybe I should just try a sheet now to make sure I don't get too hot.

  • I've been going thru the same, no matter how low I set the A/C.  Woke up the other night because sweat was dripping and tickling me.  This is new for me!
