I have one. It is very easy to find two separate HBs, as they are in very different places. I use it every few days and really like to check on my boys.
I bought it before I knew it was twins. I heard two HBs once but this early can usually just hear one. I still like it, though. Just knowing one is in there us enough to make me feel better at this point. I knownits not logical, but I figure they're both ok if one is.
I knew that was the last thing I needed. So no I didn't get one. When I go to my OB, you can definately tell the difference between the two. However I would freak out of I didn't find both of them, so for my mental health I didn't. Now I see a Dr. every week so I have u/s to see them and that is a better feeling than a doppler.
I had one at the beginning but wound up selling it. It made me more nervous. Once I was able to feel them everyday then I felt I didn't need it anymore. I didn't use it much to begin with but I could find two different heartbeats most of the time.
I bought one. It was hard for me to find both HBs until they got really big but I never freaked out about it. I knew it was just b/c I'm seriously horrible at using the doppler. (I could never be a nurse!) Until this past week I was thinking it was mostly a waste of money b/c I ended up seeing my OB weekly starting at 20w due to complications. But last week I felt decreased movement. So I whipped out the doppler and it made me feel so much better to hear the HBs. I don't regret buying one at all.
