I just looked through an entire baby name book and found maybe 3-4 boy names I would even consider. I like Piper for a girl but could it be used fore a boy? I'm thinking no, but wanted to see what you girls thought. Or perhapse I should just hope I never have a boy!

I don't think so, it's really a girls name. I would try going to this site if you are having a hard time coming up with ideas:

You can type in Piper or whatever other names you like, then select boys from the drop-down list and see what it suggests.
Just weighing in...
My nephews name is Dylan... and they use to call him "Piper" as a nick name (as in piper cub). Which really made it strange when they decided to name their youngest daughter Piper.
It never seemed weird when he was called that... but now in retrospect it kind of does.
While I think it could work, I think you'd be doing a lot of explaining and clairifying.
