Detailed ultrasound on Wed. what can they see?

My dating ultrasound at 10w2d showed some abnormalities so they've scheduled me for a more detailed ultrasound to check the baby's anatomy on wed. (I'll be 12w2d).  With DD I had a similar ultrasound, but it was closer to 18w so we saw a lot of detail and gender.

Just wondering what we'll be able to see on Wed.  Legs, hands and feet? A profile?  At my last ultrasound I couldn't make out much, so I'm curious what to expect.

I not that far along, but I suggest googling '12 week ultrasound'. You'll get some pics and ideas of what an u/s at that point usually looks like.

i had my 1st tri screen/NT scan at 12w,2d...measuring 12w, 5d and my little one definitely looks like a baby and you could see his detailed little hand kind of waving and we got a nice profile shot.  i'll see if i can quickly crop and post one so you can see.

here's his little profile.  you can't see limbs very well because they are tucked up close to his body.  we got to see him stretch and move a bunch.  this is one of the few times he sat still for a photo op!
