The past two days salads (lettuce, tomato, croutons, and ranch dressing) have been really good so I am thinking about trying them for lunch this week. What is the most safe way for me to do this? I have a fridge to keep things in from morning until lunch. Thanks!
PS - Sorry this is a P&R but I need to do a couple of things, but I will be back!
Re: Salads are working for me
What she said ^ and
keep your croutons separate until you are ready to eat too, they will get soggy. Keep the dressing separate too (obviously lol).
I'd take a tupperware of lettuce and tomato with salad dressing on the side. If you can just leave the bottle do so, if not take a little container. I'd just keep a bag of croutons in my desk.
(side note- I know of seen you and commented before because of your Miami sig. DH and I are a merger and I'm just a couple of days ahead of you.)
Thanks to everyone!
6fsn - I noticed your response but you were not on at the time. DH and I are also a merger. I graduated in 2000 and he did in 1998. We are still in the Cincy area. Congrats to you!
