First feeling of movement?

Do you feel the baby moving earlier with your second?  I swear I feel movement, but isn't it too early at 13 wks?  I think I felt movement with the first somewhere around 17 weeks.  When did you all first feel the baby move, or first feel those flutters?

I had anterior placenta w/ DS as well as this time around.  W/ DS I didn't know it was movement until 21 weeks (and I freaked out until 21 weeks).  This time I felt movement at 13 weeks.

With this baby flutters from 12-14 weeks and then gentle kicks 15 1/2 weeks. With DD felt kicks closer to 18 weeks.
