Minneapolis Pediatrician Recommendations

Hello everyone, 

We are expecting our first and recently relocated to Minneapolis (Lake Hiawatha/Lake Nokomis neighborhood) and are looking for pediatrician recommendations. Anyone have a favorite in this area (or those nearby such as Edina, Highland Park, Bloomington, etc.)?

We really enjoy Southdale Peds. We go to there E.P. office but they do have a officer in Edina.

I live in your neighborhood and I take DD to southdale peds in Edina.  We're really happy with them.  Easy to get in for same day sick child appointments, never have to wait long, very caring dr.'s, etc.

Children's hospital is another option, closer to the city.  I don't have experience with their well child pediatricians, but this is the ER/Urgent care we use for DD and she's also seen several specialists there (PT and Hematology) and we've been VERY impressed with their level of care.

Depending on your insurance, but we go to Healthpartners Riverside Clinic and see Dr Conroy - she's great and very close to that neighborhood.

We go to Partners in Pediatrics - www.pipstop.com.  They have offices all over the cities.

We also go to Partners in Pediatrics.  DS sees Dr. Savitt.  He sees patients in Plymouth and in Uptown.  We really like both clinics.  He hasn't seen a lot of the other doctors at the Uptown clinic, but we've had good experiences there and the staff is always great.
