In february we'll be going to  AL.    DH got the I&I he requested.  SO excited for DH to be non deployable for 3 years.  It will be a nice change compared to last 2 1/2 years which have been SO busy.

SO shitty.  I wish I could have his monitor get you orders outta there eventhough they're different branches.

I so wish that was possible. 7 years is so long. I've been thinking about going to Ohio (home for me) for a few months during this deployment. I think it may be good for DD to see family she doesn't see often. I think MIL and FIL will be upset though. (They're only about 5 hours away.)

That's great.  DH is in a "unlikely" to deploy unit.  The good thing about his deployments if he were to deploy, is that they would be no longer than 90 days because of the new unit he is with.  He does go TAD a lot though for anywhere from 1-4 weeks at a time to help other bases set up their networks.  Oh well.  I'll take it over a deployment any day though.  The per diem is nice too, lol.
