Anyone on Antidepressants?

I recently came off of Effexor after about 3 1/2 months of weaning off. The withdrawal has been impossible, so yesterday the doctor put me on Zoloft to help me come off of the Effexor and deal with the withdrawal (crying, tiredness, lack of concentration).

Is anyone still taking antidepressants? How do you feel about this?

I know of people that took Zoloft while pregnant and were Ok. I am hoping I can just use this to get over the withdrawal and then eventually go off of this as well.

I didn't respond to last night's post-I am taking Lexapro which my ob has said is fine for pregnancy.  I am going to try and come off of it as soon as I get a BFP, but if I am miserable I will go back on it after the first trimester-I figure that a miserable, depressed momma is probably worse for a developing baby than the risk of the medication.

I agree! I don't think being depressed is any good. I just worry about some of the possible effects on the baby with the medication.
