What a pleasure to read so many posts loving/hating the same names I love and hate! Especially the appropriate chastising for silly spellings. What a relief! I tend to like pretty traditional and/or old-fashioned names, within reason.
Myself, I'm due in February so we don't yet know whether it's a boy or a girl. For a boy I'm pretty set on Alexander. For a girl we go back and forth. I like Margo but my husband doesn't. So I guess we'll just be waiting and seeing whether it's a moot point.
But keep up the good work, all! I'm glad to have found you and hope to join in!

Hi, I am also a fan of traditional names. I love the name Alexander, I do not know girls yet.
I have a few ideas for names but we will see. TTYL
Welcome to the naming board! I love introductions - I see so few of them here. Congratulations on your boy! Please feel free to post your honest opinions at will...we have a quite a few regulars, but a lot of one-timers too.
If you find any good (as in bad) name examples IRL, feel fee to also share. We aren't as game orientated as the huggy-feely Name Berry boards, but we do have some fun here. Hope you stick around!

Welcome!
I am not currently pregnant or even ttc just yet, but like popping on here at times because I love names (and to maybe eventually pick up ideas for future Baby #3 because I have zero name ideas at this point).
One of my boys (the brown-haired one on the left in my siggy) is named Alexander. Excellent choice.
February 22. It's my first, though, so I'm all but guaranteed to not deliver on that date.

I can't wait for this! I used to be a teacher (I'm back in school now) and I feel my parents showed remarkable restraint, on the whole. I did have a Kamren, though (Cameron). That was probably the worst, and that really isn't that bad. Not like Demon.

One day we'll convince the world that silent Cey's are bad for business..
