Ugh! Furniture is STILL on backorder

So I have been trying to get our nursery furniture delivered for the past month. However, the color I want is backordered and has been for several weeks. I'm Ok with that, as I understand things happen. The problem is, they have been teling me different dates all the time. First it was supposed to be in "end of July." So I call the first week of August, and they say "oh, this week." I call AGAIN last week, and they are saying "any day now." So, once again, I called the warehouse 3 times since yesterday, no answer and no return phone call. Finally, I called the storefront, and they guy was nice enough to call the manufacturer and confirm a date of shipment from the manufacturer of 8/30. At least I have a date, and hopefully it's the right one. I am a bit nervous that it will be getting into the house less than 4 weeks before the baby is due, and a lot of the stuff in the nursery I don't want to/can't do until the furniture is in. Oh well. I guess it could be worse. Just frustrating!

OMG!  Its like I just wrote this post.  I am also very frustrated and nervous that Im going to have these babies and have no furniture for them.  I ordered the furniture SO early for the reason that I wanted to be prepared and now with me on bed rest and a bunch of PTL scares, I still have no where to put all this stuff I have! 

Hang in there and just know that there are other people going through the same thing   Boo!

And for the stores sake, I hope they can uphold their promise because Im sure they dont want to deal with me freaking out on them at this point...I am VERY hormonal!

Glad to know I am not alone, but it stinks for people in our position!! Yeah, for the stores sake, I would hope the dates are right. Otherwise, I will have to lay the pregnancy smackdown on someone, and I really don't think they want to hear me go on and on and on about why they suck. LoL
