Fellow NJ'ians-need help with maternity leave

I don't know why I can't understand this-please help

I have reached out to the owner of my company (he is considered HR) regarding maternity leave.  I do not get any paid maternity leave provided from my company.  I am eligible for short-term disability from the state and I can take my paid vacation time added onto that.  I can also take Paid Family Leave.  I know STD and NJFL are two different things.  But my question is, am I able to get paid disability for BOTH?  I am hoping to get 15 weeks off total-6 weeks STD, 6 weeks FLA  and 3 weeks paid vacation.

You can get 2/3rds pay for STD and the Paid Family leave up to $524/week.  And they run consecutively, so you can take the 6 or 8 weeks of STD (depending on what kind of birth you have) then the NJ Paid Family Leave for up to 6 weeks and then your vacation.

Oh, but your employer can require you to take up to two weeks of paid time off (sick days, vacation, etc.) before NJ Paid Family Leave.  So maybe your 15 weeks would be in a different order - like, STD, then two weeks of vacation, then NJPFL and then another week of vacation?
