T & P please

I am going to the doctor this afternoon. For the last 4 days, I've been bleeding. It isn't AF time and it doesn't look like any bleeding I've ever had before. It is thick, dark red blood. I've also had alot of vaginal pain. I have no idea what is going on.

I didn't mark a CD1 yet on my chart, because I don't think it is AF. I just marked spotting on my chart until I get some answers.
