I usually just push at her a little bit. There's a nerve in my hip that she likes to box and I have to move her away from it. Of course, whenever I do that, she belly flops onto my bladder... she's got an attitude already!
I don't have any tricks......but I'm sorry she's stomping on that nerve.

At that point you should be able to push her over some, I've also been told that if you get on the ground on your knees and elbows that the gravity can help make them fall forward.

This may sound crazy, but yesterday when I was walking my dog, I had so much pressure and my side pains were coming back. I tried pushing around and nothing worked. Then, my doggie did his business and after I bent down to pick it up, I couldn't believe how much better I felt!! It was the weirdest thing, but it worked. So I guess try bending down like you are picking something up...haha.
Get on your hands and knees and start with a flat back, slowly arch from the lower part of your back, tightening your stomach muscles (that's the area you want to aim for) and then return slowly to flat back. Do this a few times. It has worked for me to get on my hands and knees to move this LO. HTH :-)

I pushed at her a bit and she moved....right on to the same nerve on the opposite side.
