Mari has oral thursh... I swear this kid (and I!) cannot catch a break. I saw some thick yellow-ish nastiness on her tongue and spotted a little spot on her gum and immediately called the Pedi. He prescribed an anti-fungal that she's taking orally and I have to wipe my nips with the same sticky med (in case I have it too, which I don't think I do).
And on another note, she has been NON-STOP fussy and clingy lately. I gave her some tylenol thinking maybe teething... but no relief... is there a growth spurt at this age?
And the reason I ask is because the doctor weight her today and she was 16lbs 10oz!!! She's up 4.5oz since yesterday - and she was weighed BEFORE she ate today and after 2 monster poops! Is that even possible?! I know my scale at home is accurate, I always weigh her before I go to the pedi and it's usually right on the money.
I'm confused. And exhausted. ![]()
Re: If it's not one thing, it's another... and a question.
Oh gosh girlie!!! Poor Mommy and Mari!! I hope she gets better super quick....
I do not know of a growth spurt at her age....I know there is one at 3 months and than another one at 6 months, I did not think so....
Mari just likes to eat lol...she is making up for all the times the Dr's thought she was too small......
