I'm new to this board, so my brief introduction is that my DH and I got married at the beginning of June and immediately started TTC. I haven't been charting for the last 2 months because I was afraid it would stress me out... but I'm over-thinking the TTC anyway, so this month I decided to start charting.
I know this is likely a naive question, but I read that if you're temping, you're supposed to remain in bed, lying down, until you've taken your temp for the day. Is this true?
Re: New To Charting - Temp Question
Hi, and welcome.
You should definitely be taking your temp before getting up to go to the bathroom, etc., and try to make sure you are waking/temping at the same time every morning. HTH!
Yes that's true. Even if you haven't started charting yet, you can still read the tutorials - they're really helpful! Also the Q and A has some pretty good info too:
