I just want to make sure I have for him for the fall up through Christmas. I guess basically in the 0/3 and 3m sizing.
My first DD I had tons of stuff, and she was a December baby, and my first. She had way too many clothes, although we did get out a lot after a month, but she was my only one, so it was easier.
For #2, she was a March baby, able to wear some of #1's hand-me-downs, plus had tons of her own, so again, way too much, but I managed two and we got out a lot.
This time, I don't think we'll be doing much out-and-about. Not with 3 under age 4. I won't go back to work until after Christmas break. We'll start taking him to church at 3-4w, probably. With it getting cold, I'll have warm/comfy things for church.
For 0/3 and 3m...I have 12 boy gowns for night. I think it's so much easier for diaper changes at midnight.
Probably 5 sleepers.
Several onesies/bodysuits both short and long sleeve.
15-20 sock pairs in varying sizes from 0-6.
1 short sleeve & 1 long sleeve one piece pant outfit (button crotch)
4 Carter's bodysuit/pants sets
I don't have anything that I'd consider "church attire" yet, but the khakis/sweater outfits look so uncomfortable to me for babies that little.
WDYT? Thanks!
Re: September boys - what's in their wardrobe?
I am having a late August.. .baby (don't know the sex!) but I'd say maybe some more sleepers? My first was a February baby so it was colder, obviously, but all he wore was sleepers with long-sleeve onesies underneath for ages.. I loved them! And the temp will be cold before we know it - or at least I hope so!! And for church, maybe check out Carter's adorable little solid colored onesies ( https://www.carters.com/carters/4-Pack-Heathered-Long-Sleeve-Bodysuits/V_111-312,default,pd.html?cgid=carters-baby-boy-collections-little-layette ) with solid pants. I think newborns get a pass and can be more casual!
Ok, now I am on Carters' site and can't stop looking around so I have to get off the computer!!
