Diagnoses:    Endo, MTHFR, but RE doesn't 100% believe those called my issues, so I'm also kind of unexplained.What CD was your transfer? 22.  It was supposed to be earlier, but we coasted a couple days on higher estrogen levels to thicken my lining.
How many FETs did you do?: This was our one and only whether it worked or not.  No more $$.
Meds taken: 3 months of Lupron Depot in conjunction with my lap. Estradiol, Folguard, baby aspirin.  Regular lupron, HcG "trigger" and boosters, Del Estrogen, Climera patches, PIO.  Did Intralipids (kind of experimental but supposed to shut down an immune response where your body rejects embies) Can't think of anything else, but I might be missing something.  ETA: BCP

Did you do acupuncture, massage, etc.?:  Acupuncture for about a month beforehand and then immediately before and after ET.
How many days bedrest (if any) and how strict were you?: 3, and I was as strict as I could be.

How many did you transfer? How many stuck?: 2. 2.
Did you POAS before Beta? When?: Yes, but I had done HCG boosters, so I wasn't sure they meant anything.  I did an experiment to see what the stick looked like right after booster and then compared it to the daily POAS to see if they were darker than the "control."  (See blog for pics:https://seekingsibling.wordpress.com/2010/07/07/i-have-a-confession/)

When was your beta?: I think the first was 9dp5dt, but they drew another "secret" one about 3 days before that, I think, to see what the HCG booster was doing.
How long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP? Still on it.  GOD I hope an end is in sight.  I'm DONE with shots in the ass in the am.  I am starting to wean off the estrogen, but so far my progesterone is the same.

Any advice?:  I don't know that anything I did/didn't do made a difference, unfortunately.

Diagnoses:   PCOS/IRWhat CD was your transfer? Day 23How many FETs did you do?:  We did two fresh cycles, both ended in M/C's.  This was our first FET and last try.Meds taken:  Metformin,BC Pills, Lupron, Baby Asprin, Estrogen, PIO Shots and Prometrium Supps.

Did you do acupuncture, massage, etc.?:  Nope.  Did Accupuncture with my 2nd fresh cycle.  Didn't help anyway and we didn't have the money for it this time.How many days bedrest (if any) and how strict were you?: 2 days strict bedrest, 2 days taking it easy

How many did you transfer? How many stuck?: 3 and 1 stuck.  Dr. was convinced I would have 2, but I knew it would be 1.Did you POAS before Beta? When?:  Night before and it was negative, morning of, VERY light line.

When was your beta?: 8dp5dt - it was 28.5How long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP? Until Week 14

Any advice?:  I would tell you to relax and try not to worry but having been there, I know both of those things are impossible!  LOL Good Luck!!!

Diagnoses:   I have 1 fallopian tube on the right and a lazy ovary on the left

Meds taken: Del Estrogen, Progesterone in Oil, and baby aspirin

Did you do acupuncture, massage, etc.?: Nope
How many days bedrest (if any) and how strict were you?: Dr. said 24 hours, but I did 2 days

How many did you transfer? How many stuck?: Transfered 1, pregnant with 1
Did you POAS before Beta? When?: I did 8 days later. It was positive

When was your beta?: 14dpt
How long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP? I'm on the del estrogen till 12 weeks. I did PIO till 10 weeks and switched to endometrin

Any advice?: Nope, just wishing you the best.

1 day but not required

transferred 3, we believe 3 stuck but the boys could be ID twins

got BFP 8dpt

When was your beta?:
11dpt
How long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP?
PIO until 10 weeks

Any advice?:
I highly recommend doing acu, it not only helps blood flow but helps your relax after the transfer

Diagnoses:  Anovulatory What CD was your transfer?  CD 27 (we went on vaca so we pushed it off a week.)How many FETs did you do?: 2... first was an early m/c and this second one is successful so far.Meds taken:  I took Estrace 2x/day and Vivelle patch every 3rd day until my lining check u/s... after that I continued the first 2 meds and added Crinone 2x/day. 

Did you do acupuncture, massage, etc.?:  Not this time.How many days bedrest (if any) and how strict were you?: None... my RE doesn't recommend bedrest.  I took it easy the rest of the day of transfer, and resumed normal activity the next day. 

How many did you transfer? How many stuck?: transferred 2.... not sure how many stuck yet.  I'll find out on the 25th.  Did you POAS before Beta? When?:  Yes... my first extremely faint BFP was at 4dp5dt.  At 5dp5dt it was an obvious positive.  

When was your beta?: 9dp5dtHow long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP?  Still on both... will be until at least the 12 week mark.  

Any advice?  This cycle I really let myself relax and lived an normal life up until transfer.  I went on vacation, had wine, went running, etc..... totally destressed myself.  I honestly think it made a difference.  Good luck!

What CD was your transfer?  Day 20
How many FETs did you do?: One, but we had a failed fresh cycle before that
Meds taken: We did a natural cycle, so I was only on the Tetracycline, Medrol and progesterone supps

Did you do acupuncture, massage, etc.?: No
How many days bedrest (if any) and how strict were you?: My RE doesn't have a bedrest rule, but I just laid down for a few hours after getting home

How many did you transfer? How many stuck?: Transferred 2, one stuck
Did you POAS before Beta? When?: Yes, at 4dp with 5 day embies, it was negative in the AM but I got my BFP that night

When was your beta?: Not until 12 days after transfer
How long did you stay on estrogen/progesterone for after BFP? Until 8.5 weeks if I remember correctly

Any advice?:  I wish I had some, but it is somewhat of a blur, I was so sure it wasn't going to work that I just went through the motions and tried not to think about any of it!Good luck grazy!!!
