I'm about half packed. Well really, I only have 2 outfits thrown into a big bag. With DD, I had the bag meticulously packed (and didn't touch any of it at the hospital) but was running around during contractions trying to find something to actually wear to the hospital (which I then ended up wearing to give birth because I didn't have time to change into a gown). I still need to actually buy LOs coming home outfit.
I'm about 3/4 of the way packed. Everything except toiletries, my nursing bras, and a nursing pajama set (I just bought the bras/pjs so they need to be washed still). I also will pack some snacks soon since I know DH and I will be wanting those (with food allergies, I always like having my some of my favorite snacks available when I'm away from home).
I've been nearly packed since right after our first trip to L&D, about 6wks ago, even though we have hopes for a home birth. In that bag is the same "essentials" I felt we needed with DD and DS. LO's coming home outfit, as well as a few cute ones for the duration of our stay, 2 sleeper outfits, 2 pair of socks, extra onsies, a couple hats, a super-thick baby blanket, and for me toothbrush and tooth paste, deoderant, nursing bra, a couple comfy sleeping outfits, a "coming home" outfit for me, (burned copies of my favorite) cd's and a cd player, lotion, q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, and I'm waiting til the last minute to pack my pillow, and I may add my throw blanket from the couch.
All I can say is it's better to pack early than late. I was sent straight to labor and delivery from my weekly doctor's appointment this week and put on bed rest. I had nothing with me or packed and had to send my husband home (1 hour away) to pack stuff.

I packed Los bag. I just put two outfit choices, and a few blankets in. I also packed a to-go toiletry case for hubby and I, but as for our actual clothes I probally wont pack that till 36weeks. I have a list though .
Nursing bras, nursing pads, (2) nursing night gowns, roos, sweat pants, t-shirt, and for hubby sleep pants, undershirt, tshirt, jeans, roos
I am packing this weekend (37 weeks). I had a few things in a bag already:
LO: an outfit, a receiving blanket
DH: swim trunks
Me: 2 pair of high-waisted granny panties (*just in case I need an emergency C-section), flip flops, pair of socks, chapstick
Misc: tennis ball for massage, couple pairs of ear plugs, sleep mask, hard candies to suck on, thank you card for the nurses
I still need to pack: a comfortable outfit to wear home for myself, a nursing tank or 2, toiletries, an outfit for DH, change for the vending machines, some pictures to focus on, some lavender lotion, and massage tools.
After our vacation next weekend [only because we need our suitcase for it!]. I'd usually [and with DD1] wait until 37 weeks or even later. But my amniotic fluid is low and I'll probably be having ultrasounds done at every appointment from here on out to make sure they don't go lower. If they do get dangerously low, there's a chance my OB might send me right to the hospital to have labor induced. So I really feel like I want to have my bag ready for every appointment after my next one at 33 weeks, just in case.
