Oliver's Labels

Have any of you used the iron-on labels from Oliver's Labels? Mine are coming off in the wash, and I'm wondering if this is normal or maybe there's a special trick?

I use them and love them. The stick on ones that I use for her cups etc have never come off or even faded and the stickers have been on a year. The ones for the clothes have lasted a year also with Olivia wearing the the shirt let's say every two weeks with normal washing. Some clothes have little pieces of the labels coming off after a year. Other wise I think that tey are great ; )
